Art Exhibition in Shigang Formosa

In October 2009, The Noble Wilds Photo Exhibition was held at the Shigang Tourist center in Taichung. This venue was chosen because of affinity and coincidence. Ten years ago, a massive earthquake tore Shigang Township apart causing enormous damage to the inhabitants and the land. Today, global warming is a counterattack by nature with unremitting natural disasters. How should we respond to these repeated warnings sent by Mother Earth? How can we help the Earth recover from these pains and injuries to exist forever? Everyone must face this agenda boldly and promptly.

Therefore, it is especially meaningful for this eco-centered photo exhibition to be held in this place, at this time. In addition to conveying the heartfelt voices of the noble wilds living in Lake Amoura, the photos also illustrated the great harmony in which all flora and fauna can live together in peace. Through the ingenious photography of the author, Lake Amoura is shown as a paradise on Earth, a fairyland that everyone would wish to live in. As long as we live with respect for the law of nature, paradise on Earth can be found in our hometown and everywhere.

Thus began a feast of tranquility, gentleness, and love. We invite you to follow the footstep of the sage to take a stroll along Lake Amoura and enjoy a journey of love!

The photo exhibition officially opened at 10:00AM October 2, in the presence of prominent artists and VIPs together with a press conference.

The Shigang Tourist Service Center is located in the middle of the Dongfeng Green Cycling Track which serves as a rest and supply station for cyclists.
